Narrow Access Mats
Our Narrow Medium Duty Ground Mats are manufactured from 100% recycled high density polyethylene (HDPE) and weigh just 18kg. Our ground mats are ideal for both short and long term projects and can be used in a variety of applications. These access mats are an essential requirement for the construction, civil engineering and groundwork industries, although they can also be used within the festival and outdoor event sectors.
At 12mm thick each Narrow Medium Duty Access Mat is capable of taking weights of 15-20 tonnes depending on the ground conditions, making them a fantastic form of ground protection. They also have a connection hole in each corner should the mats need to be connected together. We supply three different types of connectors for your protective floor matting. The first, which has become very common due it low cost & easy application, is to connect the ground mats using heavy duty cable ties. This eliminates any potential trip hazard on the floor mats and securely holds them in place for a short to medium time frame. Alternately the second and third options are to use specially designed connectors. We supply a two way connector, which connects a ground mat to one mat immediately in front, behind or to the side of it. Finally If you wish to use the matting to create a flooring or larger access way then you can use our four way connectors to connect four mats in a square to one another.
Our Narrow Medium Duty Access Mats have a unique diamond non-slip surface on one side, the other side has been left smooth for working on hard standing areas and sensitive grass. It's flexible nature allows the mats to follow the contours of the ground to deliver highly effective access over undulating or sloping terrain.
