Water Margin Protection

Our water margin protection range is designed to support erosion control and habitat preservation along rivers, streams, lakes, and wetland edges. These solutions are commonly used on construction and infrastructure projects where works take place near ecologically sensitive watercourses or where natural reinforcement is required. HERMEQ supplies water margin protection products such as coir logs and coir fencing, made from natural coconut fibre. These materials are suitable for use both in water and on land to stabilise embankments, protect riverbanks, and encourage the re-establishment of native vegetation.
