HERMEQ Refund Policy
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of order, or within 14 days of receipt of goods. However Bespoke items, that match the specifications provided by the client, are non-returnable. Items must be returned at the cost of you, the consumer, and upon return will be approved by a member of HERMEQ. In order to be approved the goods must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to the consumer. Upon approval you will be refunded within 30 working days of return.
If you are returning goods on the courier that has delivered them then we strongly advise that you contact the courier to establish a price of returning your goods before asking for them to be returned, as the cost of this will be deducted from your refund or may be charged independently.
Any goods that are damaged, have defects or are missing will not be refunded and HERMEQ will notify you in writing.
