Pro Pave - Interlocking Truck Paving is a high-strength permeable paving system designed for heavy-duty applications such as Coach & Truck Parking, emergency vehicle & fire access routes, forklift loading areas & highway verge reinforcement.

Unlike CellPave & TruckPave, which simply sit next to each other, Pro Pave has an interlocking mechanism, fixing one paver to the next. Proudly made in the UK, Pro Pave is made from 100% recycled UK sourced post-industrial polymers. Over 3,000 units are made per week, recycling over 24 tonnes of material. Pro Pave offers durability, environmental responsibility and quick installation with excellent load-bearing capacity.

Each paver is lightweight (8kg), falling well within the HSE manual handling limits, making it easy to handle while reducing installation time and costs. Its interlocking design fixes the pavers together in a way that no other system does. 

• Heavy-Duty Load Capacity – Supports up to 160 tonnes gross vehicle weight (GVW), with a 40-tonne spot load test, making it suitable for HGVs, coaches and forklift traffic.
