Each structure is made to order and all designs are made to your bespoke specifications – simply outline the size and measurements you require.
The corten steel is then laser cut during the manufacturing process and computer-aided machinery is used to apply folds to the sheet metal. The fabricators will then expertly seam-weld the pieces together to form your corten steel Moongate into its final structure.
The structure is then finished by treating the surface with a pre-weathering process to give your Moongate its orange rustic patina.
Corten steel is prized for its durability and resistance to corrosion making it suitable for outdoor use without the need for additional protective coatings. Over time, the rich patina developed adds to its visual appeal and protects the metal from further corrosion.
