The post system embeds 600mm into ground, with optional 1000mm post depths available. This design enhances wind resistance and overall gate stability. The internal eyebolt mechanism allows flexibility during installation, especially useful when surface levels are uneven or prone to change due to construction works. Adjustable alignment helps prevent operational delays and ensures fast setup.
Gate leaf frames are constructed from 60x40mm hot rolled SHS, and posts are reinforced using 100x100x5.0mm sections. Panels are riveted and welded to frame, creating a seamless steel face that resists tampering. Standard gates range in height from 2.0m to 2.4m, and widths of 4m to 6m, allowing broad compatibility with site layouts.
Finishing options include painted one-side and full powder coat, with custom RAL colours available upon request. Frames are made up of 60 x 40 x 2.0mm Hot Rolled Square Hollow Section.
Posts are made up of 100 x 100 x 5.0mm Hot Rolled Square Hollow Section.
The vehicle gate posts sit 600mm in-ground, subsequently they are 600mm longer than the size of the vehicle gate e.g. a 2.4 meter high vehicle gate will come with 3.0 meter vehicle gate posts.
The vehicle gate fill is a solid steel clad. These solid steel sheets are riveted together and welded to the vehicle gate frame.
The posts and vehicle gate frame are connected using an eyebolt system.
