The Low Profile Jib Attachment is a heavy-duty forklift attachment designed for lifting long, awkward or bulky loads with ease. Its low profile format allows access in areas with limited overhead clearance, making it a go-to tool for busy yards and tight warehouse spaces.

This durable jib attachment offers five adjustable lifting points, giving users enhanced flexibility when positioning loads. Its integrated swivel hook ensures stable connections and improved load distribution. Designed for compatibility with forklifts and telehandlers, it is ideal for demanding industrial environments.

Durability, precision, and safety are key advantages of this forklift jib attachment, making it a trusted choice for material handling professionals.

  • Heavy-duty forklift attachment - Built to lift up to 4000 kg depending on the selected load centre.
  • Five-position jib arm - Adjust lifting points between 500 mm and 1750 mm for variable control.
  • Zinc-plated heel pins - Lock the attachment in place securely for stable operation.
  • Four-way pocket entry - Simplifies storage and transport when not in use.
  • Vibrant safety finish - Painted orange to maintain visibility in fast-paced work areas.

Designed to reduce risk and improve control during material movement, this forklift attachment is widely adopted in logistics, construction, and facilities management. The five lifting centres allow fine-tuned balancing of loads, particularly when transporting oversized or offset materials. The swivel hook adds further flexibility, while robust build quality ensures reliable performance.

HERMEQ’s low profile design accommodates overhead limitations, helping operators work more efficiently in restrictive spaces. Whether lifting pallets of pipes or irregular heavy goods, the adjustable jib arm ensures every load can be safely secured and manoeuvred. The universal fork pockets allow fast, tool-free installation to a wide range of telehandlers or forklifts. Zinc heel pins ensure a solid grip without movement in use.

In industries where downtime is costly and safety is paramount, this jib attachment delivers consistent, long-term value. Weekly inspections and surface maintenance help extend the product lifespan. The attachment is certified for six months from the date of manufacture; users must re-certify thereafter according to site regulations.

Each model of the Low Profile Jib is tested and certified up to six months from the date of manufacture. Re-certification is the responsibility of the user and must comply with local site safety regulations. General surface rust may develop over time and can be treated with paint or rust inhibitor. Do not use the jib for angular or sideways lifts, and avoid shock loading as this can lead to equipment failure or safety hazards.

Operators must inspect heel pins, weld points, and lifting components before each use to ensure the jib attachment is functioning safely. The bright orange paint finish enhances visibility on site and adds an additional layer of hazard awareness. Four-way fork pocket entry also makes storage and repositioning easy during off-cycle times.
