Palisade Network Rail Spec Corner Posts are used at corners when constructing a Palisade Network Rail Spec Fencing line - each fencing perimeter requires 1x Post per bay and 1x Post at the end of your run.
Corner Posts come available either Galvanised or Powder Coated and are available in two heights – 1.8m or 2.4m.

The construction of Palisade Network Rail Spec Fencing is carefully designed, featuring the following components:
- Pales: Crafted from corrugated 'W' section steel, each panel consists of 17 pales, 2.5mm thick, with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. The pales extend 225mm above and 150mm below the panel, with single-pointed tops (can be rounded upon request).
- Rails: Horizontal support rails measuring 45×45×6mm RSA with 10mm holes on the front face, ensuring a robust and sturdy structure.
- Posts: Steel posts sized at 102×44×2325mm RSJ with pointed tops, set at 2.75m intervals, providing secure anchoring for the fencing system.
- Fixings: Utilizing M8×25mm mild steel bolts with a malleable head and shear nuts, along with M12×30mm cup square bolts and M12 shear nuts to firmly secure the components in place.

Rest assured, our steel palisade systems are manufactured to the highest standards, undergoing rigorous inspections to meet all relevant requirements. They are hot dip galvanized to BS EN ISO 1461 or BS EN 10240 and can be further powder-coated in green (RAL6005) or black (RAL9005) according to BS1722-16: 2009. If you require a specific colour, we can provide powder coating to your preference.
