The Palisade Network Rail Spec Pale is a durable and compliant fencing component that forms an integral part of our Palisade Network Rail Spec fencing system designed to meet the strictest industry regulations and standards, including NR/L2/TRK/5NR/L2/TRK/5100/1/WP 2015 rev A. Meticulously crafted with a keen eye for detail, the Palisade Network Rail Spec Pale features sturdy components that contribute to a secure and long-lasting fencing structure. Each panel comprises 17 pales, crafted from corrugated 'W' section steel, boasting a thickness of 2.5mm. Pre-drilled holes on each pale make installation effortless, streamlining the process for a hassle-free experience. These pales extend 225mm above and 150mm below the panel, and their single-pointed tops add an additional layer of security to the fencing system. Should your preference lean towards rounded tops, we gladly accommodate such requests.

The Palisade Network Rail Spec Pale's strength is further fortified by the inclusion of horizontal support rails. Measuring 45×45×6mm RSA, these rails come equipped with 10mm holes on the front face, significantly enhancing the overall sturdiness and stability of the fencing system. Alongside these pales, the steel posts play a pivotal role in anchoring the entire structure firmly. These posts, sized at 102×44×2325mm RSJ and boasting pointed tops, are strategically placed at 2.75m intervals, ensuring steadfast support for the entire fencing system.

Utilising M8×25mm mild steel bolts with a malleable head and shear nuts, alongside M12×30mm cup square bolts and M12 shear nuts, all components are firmly fastened in place, minimizing any potential weak points in the system.

Additionally, you have the flexibility to customise the colour of the Palisade Network Rail Spec Pale through powder-coating in green (RAL6005) or black (RAL9005) in accordance with BS1722-16: 2009.
