Securing Collars are used to fasten road plates neatly and securely.
The collars come complete with dual thread holding down bolt and plastic safety cap.

Simply drill the surrounding concrete with a 16mm dia drill bit (clearance hole 19mm), locate the Securing Collar in the hole in the Road Plate with the 16mm dia bolt and use the adaptor to drive the bolt into the concrete.
To withdraw the Securing Bolt from the concrete, simply set the adaptor to anti-clockwise and repeat the process.
