Tailored for UK roadworks, infrastructure projects, and groundworks, the HERMEQ Chamfered Edge Road Plate combines robust steel construction with user-friendly design. Its bevelled perimeter eliminates harsh edges, helping to minimise trip hazards and vehicle jolts—making it a preferred option where roads remain active during works.

Each plate is manufactured with four 60mm diameter lifting holes, spaced 50mm from the edges for balanced handling. These features enable quick installation and retrieval with magnetic lifters, chains, or mechanical systems.

This plate variant does not include an anti-slip coating, making it ideal for use in dry or managed conditions where surface grip is not the primary concern. For added friction in wet or high-risk areas, HERMEQ offers anti-slip and anti-skid versions.
